We are proud of the products we sell.  However, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will exchange it or give you a refund, providing the gift is returned to us within seven (7) days of date of purchase.   

The product must be in its original condition, new and unused, and in its original packaging. 

If the product is defective (manufacture and/or workmanship), we will provide a full refund or exchange (including the cost of shipping and handling). All refunds will be made according to your original method of payment.
